You are certainly getting there, and may I suggest that that you do the line of the bow doors in gray and not black. Black is usually reserved for contours or breaks in surfaces, and the bow doors are made flash with the hull (and water tight as well, of course). Also don't forget the rubbing streaks (?) along the water line. There is also a line which extends from the main deck towards the bow, till the bow doors, which denotes a different surface angle. It is also my belief that the line of "holes" along the stern are portholes. I mean the upper level which in the picture seem to be slightly bigger than the lower level of holes.
Besides the above (which are only my recommendations) a very good work, and well in progress to be a top quality work.

I've circled in red a couple minor rigging glitches. I'd have also stuck with the black line on the bow door, for the same logic as the black line around the hatches - there is a physical break in the metal.


Also, I'm moving this to real designs - it's high enough quality that it deserves to be there.

The only nitpick from my side is the Bridge doesn't look right,

i too am not happy with the bridge and will be reworking it, also i have a few other small niggly things to solve, if you look closely i spelt Galahad wrong on the ship name missed out an A. but all will be solved soon

One thing I just noticed, you're using the wrong colour for the windows and portholes. The Chinook's got the right one.

I agree with making the bow door outlined in black.

Nice progress, looking better and better and I can't see any obvious faults in the drawing now.
