Here she is. I'm not done the stern and RO/RO ramp, I have to camo her, all the 20mms aren't on yet, the railings aren't on yet, and the LCVP davits aren't on yet, but here's a WIP:

Acelancelot, could you make me a triple Welin LCVP davit please? The davits on the existing APAs don't look detailed enough for me.

Since you're using the updated 20mm guns you might as well use the updated and to scale 40mm as well. It should be on the same sheet as the 20mm guns.

Yes, I put them on the most recent USN Post-War parts sheet.

She looks like she needs more railings and/or a little more detail work, but I don't have any familiarity with the ship.

Yeah. I just havn't gotten around to putting all the railings on yet, but I will. As far as details go, it's hard to find them seeing as how I can count the number of pictures of her without taking my shoes off (haha), and the davits cover up alot, but I will definately do what I can.

Sounds like a plan! I look forward to seeing her finished.

I often find model websites are good for this sort of thing... good luck!

Looks like a good start to me. The hardest part is finding good detailed photos with enough clarity and contrast to show the detailing up. As Colo says model websites can be the best sources of information.
