the best option is to retain DG/Perry. your ship seems to be exactly what DG/Perry was to be. DG/AEGIS without AEGIS is an entirely different ship, as it was designed around it (hell, it was in the name!)

the radars work, although I would keep up with the SPG-60 unless your fleet has SPG-51 already in use. the amount of CIWS is a lot, I would put 2 on platforms at the sides or 1 on the hangar max, the RAM being an addition or replacement.

you can replace the phalanx with the RAM, or fit it amidships on sponsons out of the superstructure. I would advice against fitting RAM though on this ship.
also, you have 2 SLQ-32 per side now, and you have left the DESRON mark on the structure.

I strongly advice against Mk 41. you don't have space for it, unless you swap the Mk 26 for it

That could be a solution, fit an 64-cell Mk41 in place of the mk26.Can I put Mk48 in sides of hangar as in Kortenaer frigates? It seems to have space, this ship is 2m wider from an S-class.

but this ship also has an larger hangar, and double one for that, like the perry, so that won't fit.
