That is a very imposing and impressive cruiser. She certainly looks seaworthy enough for northern waters. Reminds me of a mini-Kent but with a bit more style.

The followon class of crusers, a completly new type, more inspired by the Heavy cruisers than the previous light cruisers, the Stockholm Class:

Very interesting design I have to say and excellent timing too given I've lately been looking at Swedish cruisers for inspiration for my own works.

I made a small pause in drawing and started to plan my submarine fleet. Here is the current plan for Uboat classes for the RSwN aswell as the irl counterparts/ main inspiration.

Btw, I saw on your site that the Karl XIV Johan-class remained in service until 1996, recieving modernations in 1980. Will we see those? :)

Hopefully, yes, I havn't decided which yet, but imagine an USS Iowa style upgrade.
- All secondaries replace by 57mm m/71 singels.
- Sensor suite like the Matterheims
- Fitted for TLAM ABL
- Aft helo pad
