The Harpon Class were 3 submarine tenders build between 1913 and 1915. Designed to support the Kol Class submarines, these vessles served in conjunction with AS-1 Bungir, a converted merchant ship, and were much better suited than their predecessor. During the Second Russo-Cenet war, the vessels were given increased armament in 1923, but Nornu and Harpon were lost during the conflict. Panno was scrapped in 1927.

*EDIT*
In 1880, the House of Laws and Monetary Affairs was established as the new Cenetian government. One of the only things this organization did in it's 3 year existance was to approve the construction of 6 warships, to be named after the largest of the Kopek Islands. Though classed as gunboats, the Kopeks Class vessels were actually monitors, and used for riverine and coastal patrols. Armed with 2 105mm guns and small arms stored inside, they were not considered to be very effective should war break out, but were well suited to policing the waterways, as Cenet's biggest problem at the time was piracy. Durign the Great Pirate Hunts of the 1880's, the Kopeks were instrumental in the enforcement of maritime law. All vessels were sold for scrap in 1908-1910.
