Of course! She was painted all black during her military career.
Also I'm planning on drawing her sistership Kronprinz Wilhelm in both civilian and armed versions as well as her camouflaged variant after she surrendered to the US and became USS Von Stueben.

This is an exceedingly good drawing - a new major talent has arrived :D Re the funnel shading; I'm not sure I grok all the new rules myself; but I would prefer the shading that indicates the curve to also reflect the direction of the light, always coming from the bows; thus a lighter shade on the front, then the proper shade on the middle, and a darker shade on the rear section; but not too much of a variation on these, as it looks better done like this.

I wonder about the funnel color. It looks a bit too tan based on the paintings I've seen which seem to show it being more buff like White Star. http://www.theshipslist.com/ships/lines/hamburg.html
