I'm with Eswube on this. Firstly, it's really cheap to do it this way. Secondly, you have done nothing with it, save for adding weapons and misc equipment, as well as repainting it in that colour scheme(which I personaly really dislike, and consider to feel better on a 1880's fleet parade than a 1910's warship(or any warship for that matter). Just using a Generic drawing as a basis and add your won weapon systems to it won't make anyone interested, as someone else has allready done most of the work for you.
As Ace said in the Generic thread, those drawings are there to give you cues as to how you should design ships from that period. Related to each of the drawings was a small list of ships that fit into the "generic" type of that ship. I suggest you look up the ships mentioned there, and use those for inspiration instead.
Ok, APDAF, you really don't know how to calculate weights of a ship, do you? Did you just turn that "River"-class DD into a yacht or a small steam liner? What's it about all those extra boats? Did the crew suddenly drastically increase? And that gun on top of the flying bridge amidships, and that extra charthouse on top of the bridge???...ay weyh... You DD is officially spoiled!
