is this an real design? also, it looks like the window colour is wrong.
also, even if it is way to big, the size of the templates should be kept (and your lettertype is wrong for the ship name)

Your font is still wrong.
I guess you're using Paint.NET. The thing with this program is that it uses weird font sizes. So in order to get standard 14px and 10px fonts you should use 10.5 and 7.5 accordingly. Also disable anti-aliasing as shown here

I'm not sure which program that is located in but it's not in my version of Paint or Word

that's in paint.net. what program are you using? btw, there is an standard window colour. you have used the wrong one.

Oh, I'm sorry, I assumed you were using Paint.net so all I said was about it...
I'm not sure how to handle this problem in Paint.
