Another ship, and the first of the 8-8 preliminar design series:

Battleship D, armed with twlve 16.1-inch guns in six twin turrets, it could be nicknamed "Fuso on steroids" given her resemblance to the early IJN battleship in her main gun layout.

as a side note, once i've done all the drawings i'll correct the template size with the last update, so don't bother about all the empty space beyond the bow of the ships, i need it as long as i'm working on them.

Thanks hood, i'm doing theese drawings thanks to this book; it's a splendid reference for those designs, i'ts in japanese, but there are 140 pages of pictures and drawings and enough descriptions written in english to make it perfectly undersandable even for non-japanese speaking people.

a variant of the E1 design wich added one more quad 16-1.inch gun turret for a total of 16 barrels.
