You'll already gets the next step. But only because there is a box with some sort of antenna aft near the flagpole (the red arrow) which I can't figure out what is. Anyone who can enlight me?

Is that thing on the bow supposed to be that big? I have never seen a picture, drawing or a model of any of them with such a big thing sticking out of the bow down at the keel.

Yes. I have it both on some blueprints and you can also see it on one of the front photos from the link you provided with me ;)

An excellent start to what looks like a promising drawing.

Re: the odd thing on the back. I haven't been able to find a photo showing it, a 1945 photo shows a bare quarterdeck. At first I thought it was a radar, but that seems unlikely, possibly it could be a D/F loop, but theres already one forward and its quite odd to have one so low down and so far near the end of the ship. I thought it could be the Type 650 Missile Jammer, which was fitted on some Far Eastern Fleet ships, however the antenna is the wrong size and shape, according to a reference I have in Friedman's 'British Destroyers and Frigates' but it could be the latter. That might make more sense. Otherwise it might be some other kind of electronic gear? Very odd.
