A commendable effort, and it is good to see some improvement in your work (albeit with Raxar's help).
First point is funnels, they are way too small for a ship this size. Fix it and we'll move on.

Raxar did not help me with this I used an enlarged his HMS Agamemnon hull, KHT sort of helped me with this one.

I will sort out the funnels out.

I have already sorted them out but I will use the references for further use.

Yes, the funnels are way, way too small, or rather too short! There's simply not enough draught in them! Your bridge for the time period is, in contrast, too large. Check period references and you'll see what I'm talking about. That's, however, a simple fix. Also, what the heck is that see-through (?) thingy, that looks like a rectangular box, approx. in the middle of your bridge? If it's supposed to be a covered bridge wing, I can tell you that that's not how you should draw it. Again, please check your references on that one!
As for the boat stowage, I see a lot of unused space, that normally would've been taken up by ships' boats of a wide range. Also, since your ship is clearly influenced by Sir Phillip Watts' design language, but is Japanese, and thus ought to have a certain Japanese flavor or character, I'd recommend that you find the IJN-boats sheet, and mix British-style steam cutters and /or launches, gigs, whalers etc, with Japanese-style sampans, whale-boats etc. That'd be the way to go. There's, for instance a very neat 17 m. motor pinnace, which has traces of its British origin, yet look unmistakeably Japanese! In this case such a mixture will add a whole lot to the overall character of your drawing.
Finally, a lot more scuttles along the hull side! Right now it has ridiculously few! As for colors, I wonder if you ever have seen an IJN-vessel in "Victorian" (Meiji-color-scheme) As it is now its a very fictional color scheme, with no equivalent in any real ships! Besides, if your ships is supposed to be from the period ca. 1908/10, then the IJN had all their ships painted a dark sea grey!
Otherwise I join the praise for your effort offered by the chorus here! Keep it up, you're getting there!

I have sorted out the funnels and have tried out a different flag on the first scheme.

And bezo I will fix those things later.

why are the funnels different in length? that will mean different pressures in your boilers, as the boilers are both on about the same height in the hull.
