Who’s P.A.WEBB, he was a draftsmen who worked at Williamstown Dockyard Victoria , Australia who did a lot of drawings of Australian and British ships mainly WW2 these where normal issued in A3 format, at the time they when they were done back in the early 1970 a wonderful improvement on anything else that was available very accurate drawings of good range of various BB/CVA/CL/DD/DE etc back then where wasn't much else around -
For example he does a wonderful drawing of a Australian N class Destroyer HMAS Napier -1942 and HMS Gambia 1943

Awesome drawings, Graham. It was Webb's drawing of Kiwi that I used as a reference, although lower quality (scanned from some magazine).
