APDAF, i think you do not take into account another thing: Inteligence and secret services.
While it's not WWII and thus there are not so much reckon planes there are high chances that the US would not be caught by surprise if you plan to invade them, an invasion would necessitate a large scale plan and movements of tropps and ships (because obviously you cannot simply walk onto the polar icecap) to a so large extent that the americans would know that you are planning something, and with large platoons of troops and ships stationed in Greenland and Iceland you are clearly not planning an invasion on England or Russia...

True, but the US is out first. There is also a navy to go through, the third biggest in the world. Surpassed only by the Royal Navy and the Imperial German Navy. Besides, no nation is dumb enough to invade the US. Taking over is one thing. Holding it is quite another. How many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of soliders would die simply because almost every person has at least one or two guns with 100 rounds per gun? Not just pistols, but rifles too.

Making Germany win WWI is not a bad idea. For what they had to put up with afterwards they should have won the war. The war was not their fault, but everybodys fault. Britain, Frace and Russia had just as much fault as Germany.

Maybe due to the extra troops France collapses (again ) due to them losing Verdun and the Germans exploit that.

There are Vikings in France yes, but the bulk of the army is fighting Mother Russia.

And her greatest warriors ... General Frost and Marshal Mud.

You don't need that many troops to defend against the Russians they where rather busy with internal troubles anyway.

Nah ... every time someone invade that Good's forsaken land they have a winter of a century and mud's of a century ... Mother Russia don't like visitors.

True, but it won`t be as much a problem to hardened winter fighters than like the problems the French and Germans encountered.
