Norseland is allied with Germany so Zeppelins are not a problem. I have now changed the 1914 ships to have no AA guns while the 1917 ships have 6x12,7mm machine guns for AA protection.

I doubt it. The never ending stream of American troops is what caused the German army to retreat back into Germany. So would it happen here too. If it extended the war, then even more American troops would have arrived and perhaps even the bulk of the American navy would have arrived too. Mix that with the Royal Navy and no combinaton of any navies could have dreamt to match that fleet. Not even the combined Norse-German fleet.

But Norseland has Iceland and Greenland which could be used a staging bases for an invasion.

What invasion? If you need every soldiers to hold off millions of Americans in Europe, how can you invade America?

While they are distracted you can invade though Canada with not much resistance.

With what? There are not that many million in Norseland in the early 1900s. Therefore every soldier is required to be stationed in Norseland in case of invasion.

The best defence is a good offence.
