Lovely looking destroyers. There's something about the IJN and kriegsmarine designs that is appealing. The allied destroyers always looked too bulky and top heavy for my taste.

These do indeed look awesome.
Unfortunately they are not really up to the SB standards. For example, those walkways should be three pixels thick as they are supposed to support a human weight. Also there are quite a few errors on the black outline. And overall I'd tone down the shading.
