For the Oerlikon I refer you to page 14 in the "Gun Mount and Turret Catalog" found on HNSAs website. According to the drawing the twin Oerlikon is 97.6 inches from muzzle to the rear of the shoulder-rests which is the same as 16px in SB scale. The current Oerlikon drawing is 23px long, which means it doesn't actually fit in the gun tubs.
The Mk 1 twin 40mm can be found one page 18 of the same catalog.
The existing Mk1 drawing is quite a bit larger than the Mk 2 quad drawing that's accepted as accurate, which makes little sense since they're pretty much alike in profile.
The Mk 2 quad 40mm can be found on page 20 and additional pictures and drawings can be seen on Navweaps.
Note that this is not a replacement part since as far as I'm aware nobody has drawn an unshielded Mk 2 quad.
Same with the 5"/38s. They represent a different version of the 5"/38s than the ones currently in the bucket. Primary source here was photos of the USS Terror.

Looks good to me.

Am I correct in assuming that the twin 20mm will be a reliable stand-in for the single 20mm? I already have a lot of updating work to do so I don't mind redoing everything, as long as it's at once.

Would also be nice to see the quad 40mm with the blast shield in that sheet. And Tim, can we have this added to the USN weapons sheet?

Do you want to update the WW2 and earlier sheet that you had done? If you add them and update that sheet I'd be happy to add it to the front page.

This week is the first week of midterms so free time isn't available in abundance at the moment.

Totally forgot about that sheet...

Once I get confirmation from Thiel re: the single 20mms, I'll update it and post here.

I suppose it could, but since we're ad it anyway.

The thing is, there weren't just one 20mm Single, there were five. However, the Mk 10 was by far the most prevalent since it was lighter and less complicated than the others. The main difference at our scale are the mounts. The Mk 10 that we know and love used what was essentially three pieces of flat iron, whereas the earlier Mk 2, 4, 5 and 6 used bell shaped mounts of various sizes and the Mk 2 and 4 had a big brake wheel on the side. The shields are essentially identical, with the exception of the Mk 6 and the Mk 25.
There's also some minor variations on the shell catcher, sights and grips, but those are practically invisible at our scale so I've left them out.

If anyone wants it, I can draw the Mk 2, 4, 5 and 6 as well.

There you go.
I tried drawing the Mk 10 with shield, but I couldn't make it look right.

It should be noted that these are USN models and while the guns are identical to the British mounts, the mounts are likely different.
It should also be noted that I've shown them with simple ring sights, and not the Mk 14 Gunsight.
