That could be any number of 40mm/70 guns.

yeah, but it looks like he used the 40 mm drawing that was on the dutch A and B class destroyers (holland & friesland), thus representing the dutch mounting :P

Judging by the first couple of pictures that google came up with it looks like it's identical to the mountings produced by OTO.
