Well, ok, apparently this American airplane of 1935 Fuller-Hammond FH-1 was too tricky.
So something much, much simpler now:

Boeing 377 Stratocruiser

Fuselage shape is wrong (The 377 had double bubble fuselage).

I want to say that what we have here is an IL-18?

The original one that is, not the later one that went into production.
