I cant think of much more to add. I know they had yard arms, but i am unsure of how to add them without obliterating radars and stuff.

You're missing the characteristic flutes at the bottom stern. These features were introduced with the Pensacola-class CAs and were an integrated feature for all subsequent classes, except for the New Orleans-class and the lone Wichita. If you don't know how to draw it, I'll be happy to do it for you, off course with your permission.

To my knowledge, the letter designation 'GMR' was not on the ship. The '2' was, but not the designate.

It was. The font however is inaccurate . I personally use a hand-tweaked (ie pixel edits post layout) version of USAAF Stencil from dafont.com. It seems to be the closest to the real letters and numbers on ships.

Please do not take this the wrong way: You've done some very nice ships, but I'd like to redo the title block in the more-or-less correct size. The size listed on the template is correct if you use Photoshop, which uses a different size than is used in Paint.net and MS Paint (The correct sizes in these programs are 10.5 for the large text and 7.5 for the small text - usually 10 and 8 get used in MS Paint).
