Not really complicated, not really difficult, because the 80mm shell is fairly "lightweight"
(Japanese sailors could easily maneuver the 6-9 kg shells). Look

the 80mm guns will wait a bit, i want to discuss the matter about their placement with Colombamike or whoever is inclined to talk about it (see the pic near the bottom of the previous page if interested)
Looking at all the Japanese Battleships designs of this era (1917-1922 designs : Nagato, Tosa, Amagi, No. 13 class...... all designed by the very famous Japanese Naval Engineer "Y.Hiraga"). You notice that the AA guns are always on the same deck level...
