From the Probert online ecyclopedia:

The Mecidiye was a Turkish cruiser of 3500 tons displacement launched in 1903 as the Medjidieh. In April 1915 during the Great War she was mined and sunk in the Black Sea, and was subsequently salvaged, repaired and refitted by the Russian navy and re-launched as the Prut. In 1918 she was seized by the Austro-German navy at Sevastopol and returned to Turkey where she was renamed. The Mecidiye had a top speed of 18 knots and carried a complement of 330. She was armed with six 5.1 inch Vickers guns; four 3 inch Schneider guns and two machine-guns.
