Well the armoured belt is one used on some drawings on the main archive.

show me and we'll talk. don't expect us to start looking for those drawings. when you show us which ones they are, we can tell you why that one is wrong, if we are wrong, or for what reason that one works.

APDAF, considering the casemates, that's 20 years of differance between the ships you've shown. It's not going to work.
Still, if you follow our advice, this may well become a breakthrough for you! I encourage you to keep working with it! :)

And every single one of those is a 50,000+ ton ship. That's not what you have.

Only the Vanguard was at full load.

Anyway I have have changed the stern and fixed the spotting tops.

That still does not change the fact that they are WAY bigger and have a much larger displacement than your ship.
Reguarding the updates, the stern gallery looks better, but those windows are still too modern. Go with individual portholes instead. I would recommend shrinking the aft spotting top so that it is the same size as the forward one, and making the windows a pixel or 2 taller. Ditto with the ones on the bridge.
~Funnels are still too small. Make them a few (5 or so) pixels wider, and 10-15 pixels taller.
~There's no need for the A and D turrets to be that close to the superstructure. Moving them away a bit may actually increase their firing arcs. You should also:
a. Move the B turret aft and shorten the deck it is sitting on.
b. Stretch the superstructure forward so that it sits closer to the B turret.
~Armor belt is still too big.
~The coverings on the anchors don't make sense and look really cartoony.
~What is the line that goes from just below the double cross thingy, moves down about a deck level below the anchors, and runs the entire length of the ship for? Is it some kind of armor?

The bit at the bow yes, it is for mainly two reasons one of them slightly suicidal at best the first reason is there is a mini ice-age going on and sometimes the north sea might freeze but not enough for an icebreaker to be needed the other reason is as pure and simple as ramming I know it's a rather outdated form of attack.

I'm sorry to say, but you should seriously do a real life project and gain some experience on how 'real' ship look and work before starting Personal Designs. The belt still won't work IMO.

Why will it not work?
