The turrets on the Kraken is slightly smaller than those on the Northampton class.
The mixed secondaries are as following, five inch guns for anti-surface and the three inch guns are for AA. This is becasue DP guns didn`t exist yet.
Edit: I have removed #4 turret and moved turret #5 forwards as far as it can go without interfering with the quarter deck and the barrel of the gun forwards of the repositioned turret.
Keep in mind that the Northhampton class carried tripples. And, there was only three turrets.
By the 20's it would be prefered to use the 8" guns for surface work and smaller guns, perhaps 4" for AA duty.
Same for the Kraken class. AA 4-5" guns would be the more probably choice over 5" non-AA, and no heavy AA.

The primary size differance between triple and dual turrets are the width of the turret.
The mounts on the Kraken are AA versions of the same gun as the other ship. There are differances, most are inside the mount and therefore unseen.
Ok, nevermind then.
I'm not sure that would work very well. I don't hold to much confidence one would be able to just make an AA version of a gun. Also, consider that 5" L/50(it looks like something like that) probably wouldn't work very well for AA purposes. For example, the americans used a 5" L/25 gun at this time for heavy AA.

Are you saying that my five inch turrets look like a real world weapon? I just had an idea, why don`t I take a heavy AA gun from one of the ships I have made for my Norwegian AU? This one:
L/50 as in 50 calibers long. Sorry for the confusion.
And, that's a great idea, assuming they're from the same time period! Those mounts look really good too!
I actually think it looks better that way.
Also, I would consider modding the flag a bit. You should give the white area some very light grey outlining.
