As far as I know she didn't have any torpedoes. If you're referring to the "thick" short guns - they are Hotchkiss 37mm revolver cannons.
I mean those circled in green

Ah! I didn't even know those were torpedo tubes
So back to the original question: should they be displayed?

Of course. They are part of the ship as any other.
Adhere to the Shipbucket guidelines and you'll be O.K. You're first drawings are good, almost complete, so you'll do.

You'll know by now that I wasn't refering to the torpedo tubes, which as part of the superstructure are fixed anyway; and yes, I'd say show the Hotchkiss guns angled with the tubes showing (fore or aft). I hadn't spotted the variance in shade between the lower and upper hulls; but yes, I'd come down on Shipbucket standard for all hull colours (though I may find disagreement). If you read the guidelines it does give you the correct shades to place under all overhangs etc. and we don't have the deep shading as you're showing on the masts. It is a very nice drawing, and I hate to carp, but another thing that sticks out like the proverbial dog's testicles is the scuttles, which seem to have been cut and pasted in from another drawing, hence the much darker shading around them; and why two different types of scuttle? You're showing a large one above the smaller with hardly any room between. It may be that is how the drawing shows them? But my preference is for the larger type always.

Please note: the amount of feedback you'll receive is in proportion to the basic rightness of your drawings; in which case you're doing well :D

its nice beging.
And I say begining becouse I think the only flaws seems to be typical newbie mistakes with too extensive use of Black pixels and attempt to draw very thin objects with single black lines. Around the stern and the mast are "worst" in this case. You should dry to drawn the supporting rigs of other objects as much as possible with three pixels, not with one (and expecially not with two black pixel lines!).
The key to good shipbucket drawing is to skill to overexagerrate in places where its needed. I would also thicked the waterline mark with dark grey or other color (depending on the orginal naturally) in similar fashion than done in other shipbucket drawings.

Keep up the good work

Thanks, guys, I really appreciate your input.
Here's the updated version:

ACR Latouche-Treville.png
I've fixed shading, turned the torpedo tubes fore and aft, changed the supporting rigs and applied a few corrections all over the drawing.
As for the scuttles, they are not cut-n-pasted and the look so because that's how they're shown on the blueprint  Blame France
