 Right let us try something different. Below is a very quick springsharp of a vessel of similar size and what not but actually thought out instead of just drawing pixels and trying to persuade us that you've made things work. My advice is use this as a base for your weird unknown role ship and draw it accurately so you get a feel for the right proportions rather than slapping pixels together willy nilly....
Latin Class, Some weird AU Destroyer Leader laid down 1933

Displacement:
	3,305 t light; 3,593 t standard; 3,611 t normal; 3,625 t full load

Dimensions: Length (overall / waterline) x beam x draught (normal/deep)
	(459.32 ft / 451.59 ft) x 42.65 ft x (16.40 / 16.45 ft)
	(140.00 m / 137.65 m) x 13.00 m x (5.00 / 5.01 m)

Armament:
      8 - 5.31" / 135 mm 45.0 cal guns - 75.71lbs / 34.34kg shells, 500 per gun
Breech loading guns in deck and hoist mounts, 1933 Model
4 x Twin mounts on centreline ends, evenly spread
		2 raised mounts - superfiring
      6 - 2.99" / 76.0 mm 50.0 cal guns - 14.18lbs / 6.43kg shells, 1,000 per gun
Anti-air guns in deck mounts, 1933 Model
6 x Single mounts on sides, evenly spread
Weight of broadside 691 lbs / 313 kg
      Main Torpedoes
      12 - 21.0" / 533 mm, 4.00 ft / 1.22 m torpedoes - 0.409 t each, 4.903 t total
In 4 sets of deck mounted side rotating tubes
      2nd Torpedoes
      3 - 21.0" / 533 mm, 4.00 ft / 1.22 m torpedoes - 0.409 t each, 1.226 t total
In 1 sets of deck mounted centre rotating tubes
      Main DC/AS Mortars
      45 - 110.23 lbs / 50.00 kg Depth Charges - 2.214 t total
	in Depth charge throwers

Armour:
   - Box over machinery & magazines:
	0.79" / 20 mm
	Forecastle: 0.79" / 20 mm Quarter deck: 0.79" / 20 mm

   - Conning towers: Forward 1.97" / 50 mm, Aft 0.39" / 10 mm

	Oil fired boilers, steam turbines,
	Geared drive, 2 shafts, 61,116 shp / 45,592 Kw = 34.00 kts

Bunker at max displacement = 32 tons

Complement:
	232 - 302

	£1.942 million / $7.769 million

Distribution of weights at normal displacement:
	Armament: 164 tons, 4.6 %

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak,
a normal bow and a cruiser stern
	Block coefficient (normal/deep): 0.400 / 0.401
	Length to Beam Ratio: 10.59 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 21.25 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 61 %
	Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 72
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 10.00 degrees
	Stern overhang: 3.28 ft / 1.00 m
Freeboard (% = length of deck as a percentage of waterline length):

Yes she is heavily armed for a destroyer that is intention as she is a either a very heavy destroyer or a very light cruiser.
I don't like it when people don't read everything.
You know, people will use this comment against you, since you don't read too....

That's it ignore everything we say... A name "plague" you say? That sounds about right to be fair in your case.

It's not an armoured belt for Pete's sake I have already said that once. :x

If you look closer you will see that I put the torpedoes right next to the gaps between the funnels.

I was going to add draught anyway.
No one would paint a fake armor belt on a destroyer. It would actually encourage people to attack it because it make the boat look slower. (Armor belt=weight=can't go fast)
That still won't work:

You're missing the point. Your draught is correct, but no destroyer was ever this tall until the late 30's to 40's. If you shrink the forward area under the bridge down, it will actually look more realistic. The same applies for all advice we give you.

She is beamer than that and the ones by the funnels are triples not quads.

And it is not a fake armoured belt it is part of the paint scheme/livery.

And Rhade the closest role you would have for her IRL is a Rapid-cruiser or as a very fast light cruiser.
