Because in the cold war there were two factions NATO and the Warsaw Pact.
That's very interesting theory. Please, tell me, when, for example, Argentina entered one of these pacts? Or Switzerland? Or Jamaica? Or Republic of Nauru?
Even using Your logic, there still would be at least three factions during cold war (add non-aligned states).
But that particular point is irrelevant anyway.
What counts that there is no way of having less than ten countries/states (= factions - entities having their own, specific and unified policy goals and basic sovereignity in pursuing them - coallitions do not count, as their members can have partially divergent goals).

And tell me one thing, APDAF.
What is the point in asking us for any advice, opinion etc. if You simply refuse to use that advice?

Or China, Australia, Egipt, Republic of South Africa, Japan, India, Pakistan ...

Why are we even bothering partaking in this charade. APDAF, forgive me for saying this bluntly: you're obviously having some severe issues with megalomaniac compulsory ideas and a very warped, I'd say unhealthy perception of how the Real world functions. With your fantastically twisted ideas of a "New World Order" I see no reason, whatsoever, that anyone here should continue to waste their valuable time, especially since you act very childishly, countering every sensible argument and suggestion with something taken out of a comic book or a sectarian scripture, such as the Church of Scientology. You have received multiple very sensible and even realistic ideas. One of them was that you scrap your empire of Britannia gibberish and start all over. That is an advice I wholeheartedly support. Come back with your request when you're actually prepared to listen!

*shrug* megalomania or not it's just an AU, and as far as I'm concerned the only thing that really matters is is he improving his drawings or not.

So let that be my AU advice to APDAF: ultimately nobody really cares about your AU (and don't take that the wrong way), so you're free to make it up as you go along. Just don't be surprised if people call it stupid if it turns out to be stupid.

It would help if people helped me with the AU rather than tell me off for having a mild case of megalomania which no one can help me with.

I wouldn't say it's gotten that far yet...

Anyhow, APDAF, we are trying to help you. The main problem here is your refusal to let go of everything that makes Britania unfeasible. Only once you give up these silly notions of WWII aircraft dropping atomic bombs onto concrete bunkers 5000 feet below the surface of the earth will you improve.

What exact sort of help are you trying to get? I've offered you a suggestion that doesn't involve scraping the entire thing, but you didn't even acknowledge my post.
