here is the Ice Breaking Emergency Evuacation Vessel: actually there 12 of these units operating for the kazahkistan branch of AGIP, the (state) italian company.
It is definetely a very ugly design but it is worth to think on their use as evacuation vessel in the shallow and iced waters of Caspian sea.
A special thanks to Whyme because he reminded me this drawing waiting for its end...

there are 12 IBEEV, 2 Wagenborg (already drawn), 2 or 3 Mangystau (already drawn) and finally Tulpar (on the way to SB)...
