Hello Kim. I searched for the Shield of Hms Howe King George the V Battleship and landed here. My interest in the Badge is for my Father who was a Royal Marine on board HMS HOWE between 1944 1945 he was part of the British Pacific Fleet. My Dad will be turning 87 in October and I am in the process of having his medals and his Marine Berets mounted for memories. I was hoping to be able to get hold of my Dads ship badge please or a shield with the howe insignia on it. are you able to assist me please, I am Peter My dads son.
sincere thanks

A good place to find ships badges on plaques and such is HERE. Hope that helps you in your search. :)

Well, I started out on the badge for the HMS Unitiring, but quickly realized it was way too complicated (lots of little tiny feathers) , could someone take this one over for me?

If no one else volunteer, then I will look at it in a couple of days.
