These are quite good but some points.
Please note that the rails should be painted in a different shade of the color used on the structure behind it, to conform with SB standards.
I also like to see the underwater hull place back in the drawing.
Most importantly welcome aboard.

Always good to see Dido's there are enought variations to you busy for a long while

This version of the Dido class was done by Kim as HMS Diadem, and I think he may do HMS Black Prince.

That's a nice one. You might want to consider adding an underwater hull to the ship.

Not sure what to do with the railings colour wise, dark or fairly pale. I have a Black Prince which needs to be modified a bit more.

The railings should always be a correspondingly darker color than the camouflage.

Even though it's a US ship, here's an example:

Note how having the railings colored a similar color to the camouflage produces a much more "harmonious" effect. :)

@Youboat, good job on the camo painting, but I'm doubtfull over the colours used. Do you got references?

Yip, only Naiad & Phoebe had the green/brown/white from completion until sometime early 1941. Phoebe's pattern is less striking, with less white.
