Look at the Dutch LCF class frigates and the British Type 45 destroyer. They have a nice mix of railing and bulwarks that I think provides a decent balance between safety and stealthiness.

Well its not tomorrow but here it is hopefully finished...

With Railing I made it so the railing will slide up out of the deck when the ship needs maintenance on sea... But in Ports the top and some of the bow will be railed...

The Red tipped missile is SUPPOSED to be a THAAD missile... I don't know if those can even be on the sea cause I'm a loser but there it is... I couldn't find a THAAD missile in any of the part sheets so I made that one myself. Don't think its that tall though...

Also... Is the side propeller to large for this size of a ship?

your SPG-62 blocks your SPQ-9
there are tons of double black lines which are frowned upon
you have an stealthy gun but the VLS sticks out above the deck, effectively cancelling that bit of stealth again :S
you have an weird mix of british and american missiles
the bow thruster is a tad large for an ship like this, especially knowing that most warships don't have one :P I would suggest one half this diameter
I miss antenna's and comm gear
I would suggest at least an second SPG-62, preferably aft
no torpedo tubes?

also, keep in mind that this is now close in size and specs to the dutch LCF frigate, which is internationally classified as destroyer (which it is, unofficially :P)

I haver personally never heard of the THAAD missile, but you have mix of seawolf and NSSM (old, same role), SM-3 (new, american missles) and seawolf (old, british missiles) and SCALP.

I'm not sure why you have THAAD when you also have the SM-3. I think that THAAD can fit in the Mk 41 cell, but I'm not sure (I know early on the designs could ad it was a joint Army-Navy project)

As for the drawing of the missile, it's very good, but a bit long.

I've shortened it, and I'd like to include it eventually on a US Parts Sheet if it's ok with you:

Its alright if you put it in the part sheet... Is there any other American ship that i can use as reference for what missiles to put on this ship?

As a minor note, I'd move the SPQ-9 to the top of the mast, and add a second SPG-62 aft of the funnels.
