What is this and can it be removed?

Another Question (just gonna warn you, there's gonna be a lot of these). Would it be possible to remove the torpedo tubes and replace them with Harpoons, or more likely, SS-N-25's?

OK then, Are there any modern manually operated cannon that are above 30mm? Basically I'm looking for a modern equivalent of the 40mm Bofors.

I agree with Rhade
There's a small chance that penguins or
Gabriels could fit or work but even they are a stretch though they were fitted to similar sized boats
For the 30mm question nothing above 30mm and not bofors that's manual was operated by western navies that IRRC but I may be wrong there are however lots of good 30mm and below cannons
Edit a quick google search got me to remember about the very capable and widely used 35mm Oerlikon

What do ya think about a couple of 25mm Typhoons, a couple of 40mm Grenade Launchers, and maybe a Stinger or Mistral?
EDIT: Maybe throw a 40mm Bofors in there for good measure.
