Well, if you clean and line it up properly, it might won't look that bad, it's just have a originial car! I am not sure if he/she have childs to bring at school, because all it's classmates won't like it, seeing this turing on the school parking place ;D

Wierd that they would stand so close to the launching system. It looked as the pontoons were pretty close to their head, or must be a strange angle...

Actually the cited 1930s color film on the SOC Seagull cannot have been shoot any earlier than late (Nov-Dec) 1939, but in all likelihood, considering the Northampton CA it's launched from (being outfitted with four additional 5" guns, atop the hangar and with solid bulwarks, the SOCs camo pattern and the Yorktown-class carrier in the background, makes me want to date this film sequence to no earlier than the summer of 1940. Otherwise really an amazing movie!
