Nice SIGMA's but I think the '3' on 613 is kind of strange.

If a artist impression is released yes, could take a while because vietnamese use russian systems i know a high ranking officer was at Damen Naval few month ago so who knows, i know that they still are in negotiations with vietnam and some other country's.
