Erikrike Royal Navy Never-Weres

After the arrival of the Dreadnought many countries would consider similar designs, even ones as small as Erikrike. In 1908 the latest CDSs was finished, but they would never be able to match the new demands.
Several designs was considered, with calibers from 240-305 mm and deplacement from 10 000-18 000. In the end, the decided design weighted 15 000 tonnes and was armed with ten 240mm/50 in five two-gun turrets, and armour to match. Her speed of 24,4 knots would not be able to keep up with the battlecruisers of the greater navies, but it was the best that could be made within sensible parameters.
In the end, the armoured cruiser, supposed to be named after the saint Erik Jedvardson would be cancelled in favour for designs that would be completed before the Great War's end. This descission would later be questioned, but no similar design would be authorized, then or later.

I've removed the image due to the fact that I'm updating all ships in the thread. The story for this ship is important for the Riksepplet's story, while not completly corresponding, so I'm leaving it intact, while removing the picture. Hopefully the drawing will be updated soon. UPDATE:
I've added one ship in the Never-Were section, one(with modernations) in the 1903 Naval Plan post, and two in the 1937-45 Emergency naval plan. I'll hold of at posting any designs in the WW-posts though, until there are some more designs to fill it out with.

Major update. This thread's been dead for much to long.
On page two you will find the refitted drawings(and stories!) of one of the old CDSs and my old CLV, but you will also see the addition of two new ships in the 1933 naval plan post. All old drawings have been removed, but most of them had their own thread, so if you wish to look at them I can link them. The drawings that have not been remade so far are either in the process of being remade, or will be remade in a hopefully not too distant future. The old armoured destroyer with three 6in guns are first of the remakes, but I'm also working on a small cruiser with six 4,7in guns(more of a large destroyer really).
