And it's made in Norway.

The game has very sharp graphics for something made in 2001.

Seriously it seems like only EA and Kiddie-Command and Conquer bothers to actually have a decent graphics engine when it comes to RTS games. Yes, graphics are an important component of the gameplay experience unless you like playing Navyfield all the time.

you should have given them the data that the oto 76 can do air targets as well then :P because right now that is missing xD I am going to message the development team about that......

@ kladsgf: the fact is that the game doesn't need good graphics. the 3d part is only an extra, all gameplay is on the map. also, fact is, I am happy with the graphics like this, it is about the heaviest graphics I can do on the graphic card of my laptop :P
the only real things I would like to change about the graphics are the animations of the bow waves(which don't exist), missile fires and aircraft launch, right now they just 'pop up'

Last time I talked with them, they said for the Fridtjof Nansen class o will in the future be able to download a full war package for those frigates, that is: 127mm, 30mm ciws, more missiles, etc..

for the graphics it would be nice with a good graphics but i think that comes in a download able package.

Remember: In the start they was only 2 men working on this, and they got about 13000 EUR from Norway for this project. But they are now working with a big company and selling products, that means money and a bigger crew, so I think this will get better.

Either that or it will take the Call of Duty route and become cheapened, stupid, and mass-marketed.

Though if the developer is Paradox then I don't see that happening, they are the king of spergy over-detailed games.
