Maybe on the *I forget the word* round things the turrets sit on top of!
The word your searching for is barbette, and the one I'm searching for is a curse for this lump of a brain of mine that forgets obvious details like that.

I would think about using a dark grey to represent the edge of the armour belt - darker than the current hull plating lines - and if appropriate, use a light grey beneath it to show an upward-facing edge.
You might want to add the Chrysanthemum Emblem on the bow which is a must for Major Surface Combattants of IJN. Otherwise, another fine piece of artwork.

I strongly recommend recoloring the lines on the interior of the turrets to a dark grey, the same shade used for hull plating. (the ones where 2 plates meet and an angle). The black ones detract from the excellent job you've done on her.
