The swedish navy using the RIM-24 and the Mk.11/Mk.13? Doesn't seem quite right to me. Wouldn't the Swedish have produced their own equivalent?

I have been thinking about that - but I think it is more realistic for Sweden to licence build developed SAMs, only the UK has scratch developed area defence SAMs in europe (except russia of course). Even though Sweden is larger in this scenario, I doubt there would be knowhow, resources etc for starting a SAM line before 1980 - and then there is a lot of SAMs avalible when Sweden also is a member of NATO (staff membership like France)
