After the WW1 many of German coastal minesweepers of FM class ended up as merchant ships all over the Europe. In 1927 one of them, Liselotte, sailed from Germany to Budapest via rivers only to test if this route was viable for shipping. Upon her arrival the Hungarians purchased the ship and converted it into a river minelayer Körös. She served on the Danube river in the Royal Hungarian River Guard till the end of WW2. Then she became an American trophy and got scrapped in 1949.
