I opened MS Paint today to find that the tool icon, for example the pencil pointer, does not line up with the actual point that pixels are appearing on the screen, Basically I point my pencil tool on one point and the pixels appear 40 pixels spaces away, and not knowing where my tool actually is on my screen makes drawing a very inaccurate and frustrating ordeal, if anyone has experienced the issue before and knows of a way to fix it, it would be much appreciated.

That happen to me after I use some games/programs, the calibration is off, the only solution I use to to switch off and on again

There's no such thing as "nothing left to draw" If you can down 10 pints and draw, you're doing alright by my standards

Yea Rodondo is right indeed. Always after playing a game; restart you PC. Photoshop and ColerDRAW are happen to have the same problems, it won't be fixed until a restart. I find it quite anyoing myself too!

Or you can show how good the artist you are by drawing in Paint!

Paint: I am the god!
Photoshop: God, more like a lazy ...

just kidding. Paint has it's advantage as Photoshop has it's.

The problem he had with Pint will also be in Photoshop. and the only way to fix that is to restart the computer.
