Do you have a similar boat complement abreast of 'c' turret? If so, and i surely hope so! - then you can 'mirror' your complement that you have got on your starboard side. The easiest way would be to simply 'lift' of the turret section with the part of the guntub that is visible between the free deckspace. Then you put your boats in place, as i said, in reversed order compared to your starboard side. After that you simply replace the turet by 'lifting' it all back in place! Very simple really - and it adds tremendeously to the overall quality of your drawing!

Maybe, although I remember the Japanese had some problems integrating the mast(I think) of one of their ships as a part of the crane. Proved to be a little strenuous on the mast. It may work for a funnel, but it also may not.

Well at least as far as battleships are concerned you went from needing a lot of understanding of the Shipbucket drawing style and of ships in general to coming out with a very serviceable drawing that highly suggests improvement in the right direction.
We still need to fix that yacht and the whole concept of the world your AU sits on, though....
I'll save that for its own topic, but basically: keep the real world, just wedge your country in. Don't over-develop your nation's backstory or you end up with exactly the problem you have.
