It's a cruiser-battleship design program. It tends to break down post 1950 and pre-1900 IIRC. It also breaks down on the very large and very small scales. It is useful however.

Also regarding the armor, Why is the bow encased almost entirely? Ice breaking doesn't need that sort of height, instead maybe shift it to your turrets and barbettes
The gun layout looks good, the funnels look like the best you've ever done so far and the hull also looks good. I'd agree with Rodondo's comment on the bow armour, no need to go that extreme.
All in all a good solid start.

Considering the time period, it might be because some navies were still enamored of the ramming concept? Just a random thought on my part, but it sounded reasonable in my head.
