did an small update again, mostly for the new LW-08 that is correctly sized. for the other changes, look at the changelog.
?In what way was the previous LW-08 too large? The Stabilisation mechanism was slightly exxagerated, but that was for detail's sake. The antenna should have been corectly sized?
sigh. I expected something like this.
it was redrawn by mitch, controlled by alvama and recommended by golly. I myself would rather keep the old one (just for the sake of parts standardisation, if nothing else) still, against all this might, I had no other choice then to swap them.......
it was 4 pixels too wide, 3 pixels too wide or something like that....
Mitch is a non-entity here. And seriously? I too did my homework, and that Antenna should be fine. Some people just fuck around with things for the sake of fucking around, and add nothing useful. Frankly, it looks horrible, especially the stabilisation mount.

after some discussion with miho and other members of the moderating team it was decided that mihoshik's LW-08 stays. it has been modified on the parts sheet again.

this sometimes happends because of the program I use. the easiest fix for this is to open the file in MS paint and copy the entire sheet (or the parts you need) to paintshop pro.

It opens in paint I save it to pictures directory in PNG and it won't open from pictures in Paint Shop Prop. Sorted it out by changing format to JPG then converted it in Paint shop Pro to PNG

Looking at the various Radars on the SIGMA type vessels is anyone doing the new LW08 and LIROD antenna?

why would those need redo? especially LW-08 does not need it, as it is basically an brand new drawing from late 2011
LIROD is good as it is, from around 2010-2011, as it is on the sigma's. it needs to be on this sheet though..... I now see it is not

wondering on which sigma you saw an LW-08 btw xD

EDIT: are you working on an sigma? I do not know of any that are not on anyones worklist...... except for the new indonesion 'destroyer' 10514 variant.

Which design to use for the first generation LW-08?That Kortenaer frigates had when built. These radars in my scenario passed to other ships to replace the old SPS-40 (during Elli Class modernation AU).
