The Kewpari looks very good, a decent well thought out destroyer that isn't overloaded or topheavy.
The Twilight looks good enough to be real.
The Esperance is just cool, like a sleek Southampton with a touce of the Leander Class cruisers about it. Everything just looks correct to me. The only thing I can think of is perhaps adding a couple of HACS.
I agree this AU is one of the best we've seen in a long time.

For some reason I thought HACS wasn't around when they were commissioned so I was going to add it on the World War II update but I've just discovered it was around so here is the updated version:
It might not be an ideal location but it will do until the next update
