I like the Mass Effect soundtrack, has a nice space odyssey feel to it that really complements an already excellent game. Other soundtracks of note (that I listen to while drawing at least) include Skyrim/Morrowind/Oblivion, FarCry 2 and Medal of Honor.

I sometimes listen to rap/hip hop but lately I've felt so annoyed by new music (it all sounds the same) that I've come close to deleting my entire playlist of it.
