Clearly a Phased Array Radar, but not the Dutch one. Probably some domestical spin-off of the AEGIS Radar

APAR is now a generic term for any advanced Phased array radar. its not just the dutch one, the Chineses Type 052C could also be called a APAR, but it is more likly its just a PAR

APAR stands for Active Phased Array Radar.
It should not be called, Advanced instead of Active.

Could be APAR derivative, though. IIRC they used part of the electronics of APAR for the Active Phased Arrays on the Hyuga DDH.
