Good god!!! These two vessels were so obscure, I thought nobody had heard of them.
Read once that they were named after lord Mountbatten daughters?

Pamela was named for Lord Mountbatten's daughter. Una was named for General Slim's!

If these are the boats built in Burma, they are mentioned quite a few times in The Unforgettable Army (by Michael Hickey), an account of Slim's XIVth Army in Burma during the war. Excellent reading.
