Hmmm, date version for your USS TEXAS ?
Because your ship lack heavy MG Guns....
1.1" quadruple mounts by 1941/1943
40mm quadruple mounts by mid 1943/1945

The ship finished her active career in Measure 21, so 1945 at the latest.

Great drawing, but.... am I the only one who thinks that dark blue the navy used then is extremely ugly? Ruins a beautiful ship, in my opinion. But I guess when it comes to camo colors and patterns esthetics takes a firm far back seat. ;)

The scheme the Missouri wore on her shakedown cruise was actually graceful, and it suited her.

Went to see her three times during my time in Texas...this drawing certainly does her justice! Excellent work! Hope we see more USN BBs on here soon, especially with the recent plethora of CL / CA drawings around to 'escort' them! :)

I got somewhere a minor WIP on my old HD IIRC, I took a drawing of my new book to draw the ship, since I didn't knew what sources you used, I was afraid to finnish the WIP in a wrong way, so if not looking at the guns and the rudder, I'll drew from skratch. But if you want credit, I could add.
