I think your ship is sexualy confused...
Meaning it looks like a kind of a Iowa with russian weapons, french heli and a 'Space battleship Yamato feel to it.
The ship looks way to long in my opinion with so much empty space.

Hahahahaha  , I understand what you mean! The design is based off of both Iowa and Kirov designs. The empty space is due to the fact that I am still designing the superstructure and have not placed them. But thank you for labeling it as bicurious.

That small grid radar you have at the top of the bridge is a USN destroyer SC-2 radar from 1942.

The SPY-1 arrangement still makes zero sense.

For all that, it would float. It would even float right-side-up. There's some potential here, even if it wouldn't make a ton of sense in the real world.

Goalkeeper has substantial deck penetration. So that very very likely won't work.

The standard export version of the goalkeeper 1 can be augmented to fix in "box" type emplacements to save space on ship, similar to versions of PHALANX. The only components on the individual system that need under space include ammunition and mechanical equipment. In this design all CWIS control is centralized within the command of the central AEGIS type command. If need be, the under portion also contains an individual computer control module. I am VERY sure this would work! :!:

I'm sorry to say that, but one salvo of those guns and that GK is history! In other words an eminently bad place to put it on!

Plus your gun has approximately 2 degrees of elevation!
