The Guaiqueri (PC-21), is the first of the four kinds of ocean surveillance patrol that was built in Spanish shipyards of Navantia, being delivered to the Venezuelan Navy on April 14, 2011. Its construction was started as Guaicaipuro (F-31) and was launched on 24 June 2009 as Caribbean (PC-21), but before sea trials, it was renamed Guaiqueri.

The veseel feature stealth technology with reduced radar and infrared signatures as well as special design to minimize the propulsion system's noise emissions and vibrations. An aft hangar and flight deck enables operation of a single rotary-wing Aircraft.

The vessel has provisions for future installation of anti-ship and anti-aircraft missile systems.

Not bad,not bad at all.
The boat handling facilities are surprisingly simplistic though. It's going to be interesting to launch the RHIB once the sea is up, let alone while the ship is moving.

the director underneath the SMART-S mk 2 is an STING/STIR 1.2 EO, the 3rd one on this sheet: http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz22 ... /STIRs.png
also, you might want to recolour the SMART-S and the STIR so they fit the ships colours.
