Very well done Ace!

Just one nit pick though, the SPG-60 should point aft.

Otherwise a superb update!

You aced it, ace! Now, May I do the Aussie versions, since I have very good references on those, or are those yours? If so, let me know, since I'll have to give you my stuff about it then!

I know what I said about you acing it, pal, but I just spotted something a tad odd: Did the OHP commission with strengthening girders along their upper-deck hulls? I thought these elements were only added after high tensile steel stress symptoms had been detected in the 1980s! You have it on the OHP as of 1977.

Maybe a top view?

I found this somewhere in the bucket long ago.

Un-inlined the image because it well, was so ugly that it offended my sensibilities.

A great update. I'd agree with Golly on the rigging though, it is a tad heavy and makes the drawing look a little fussy.
I can see this being kitbashed to within a inch of its life before the month is out!

again, thanks all :D
anyways....
@ sailor: I decided to draw it this way, because 1. the official plans showed it like that, 2. the director is for the SM-1, not for the gun, and should be aligned with the missile because of that. that said, the stand-by position is the other way around, indeed, so at least some of the 'update' drawings will have her like that.
@ bezo: of course you may do them! you work in paint, right? otherwise I would send you the layered working file ;) I am right now checking that girder, it is very hard to see on the older (low res) pictures, so it will take some time before I have completely found out everything about it..... if I am indeed wrong on that, it will be fixed by the next update.
@clonecommander: I doubt it. I have references for it, but I don't really see the need for it. an BB side is an possibility though....
@ hood: I will try to do something about it. I will most likely not remove it, but I will experiment with the colour a bit..... the current colour is my standard rigging colour that might be a bit better in place on dutch ships then on the darker USN ships :P and I agree on the kitbashing part haha :P

Amazing improvements to a Shipbucket classic. That Perry drawing was one of the first to expose me to Shipbucket.
